一、个人简介

杨文,副教授,博士生导师。主要从事生态系统生态学、生态系统碳氮循环和微生物生态学研究。目前公开发表SCI论文40余篇,其中研究成果以第一或通讯作者发表在Science of the Total Environment、Catena、Plant and Soil、Applied Soil Ecology等国际期刊上。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目、陕西省自然科学基础研究计划项目及中央高校基本科研业务费专项共9项,参与国家重大课题共3项。教学工作:从事《生态学》、《土壤学》、《恢复生态学》、《湿地生态学》、《生态学研究方法与论文写作》、《群落与生态系统生态学》、《土壤学实验》等课程及生态学野外实习等本科生课程,和《土壤生态学》研究生课程。主持校级教学改革项目1项,发表教学论文3篇。

二、主要研究领域及兴趣

目前从事土壤生态学、生态系统生态学、全球变化生态学和生物地球化学循环研究,主要运用土壤分馏技术、稳定同位素示踪技术、固态13C核磁共振波谱技术、磷脂脂肪酸浸提技术、胞外酶活性及高通量测序等多种先进生态学方法研究:(1)黄土高原植被恢复对森林生态系统的养分、水分及营养物质循环研究;土壤碳氮循环、微生物多样性、温室气体排放、营养元素碳、氮、磷的迁移转化等研究;(2)秦岭山地生态系统碳氮循环的海拔梯度格局及其微生物调控机理研究;(3)互花米草入侵对中国东部滨海湿地土壤有机碳氮库的影响及微生物生态学机理研究;(4)围填海对中国滨海湿地生态系统典型植物群落碳氮循环的影响等研究。
